Economy
Set taxes, spending and monetary policy. Growth, debt, inflation and trade follow from the choices you make, and every unit of money and goods is accounted for.
Persistent multiplayer nation simulation
Set the policy, and watch an economy of households and firms answer it. Every tax, treaty and troop order has a price, and the world keeps score.
Meridian is in pre-beta. New nations are approved by an administrator.

GDP uses one reference currency. Exchange-rate moves can change a nation's position.
What you run
Set taxes, spending and monetary policy. Growth, debt, inflation and trade follow from the choices you make, and every unit of money and goods is accounted for.
Raise armies and air wings on a hex map with fog of war. Supply lines, roads and blockades decide campaigns as much as numbers do.
Trade, sign treaties, impose tariffs, and build alliances with shared treasuries, bonds and even a common currency.
From orders to outcomes
Choose a username and a nation name. An administrator reviews your request during pre-beta.
Set policy and orders whenever suits you. The world advances at scheduled resolutions; you do not need to be online at a particular moment.
Each resolution advances the whole world under the same rules. Read the reports, revise your plans and manage the consequences.
